Product description
The IS200VVIBH1C is a circuit board component manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI was one of the steam and gas turbine management systems released by GE under the name Speedtronic in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. As one of the last systems to be released in the series, Mark VI is also one of the most advanced. It is built with a TMR (Triple Redundant Modularity) architecture and has a PC-based HMI (Human Machine interface) that runs on the Windows platform. This HMI PC includes software specifically designed for turbine management, including fully programmable maintenance tools.
The IS200VVIBH1C is used as a vibration monitoring card to process vibration probe signals from up to 6421 probes connected to DVIB or TVIB terminal boards. These are used to measure differential expansion, rotor eccentricity, vibration, or rotor axial position. The IS200VVIBH1C has a single-slot panel that connects to a component-dense circuit board. The panel has only three components, all of which are located at the very top of the cover; These are LED indicators labeled Run/Fail/Status.
The surface of the IS200VVIBH1C consists of two backplane connectors located on the back edge of the board (P1 and P2). The board also has four other connectors designed to conduct wires and points. The surface of the board has resistors, diodes, capacitors and inductors/beads. Some of these components also appear on the back of the circuit board.
